    [40k]dccw V2.0

So I'm back this time with it built.

I'm happy with it so I'm not gonn change it unless I get a really good idea, but the main problem now is the hand.

I need something bigger and more dangerous looking, but I don't want anyone to say 'use that Space Wolf Dreadnought Claw or that one from the Blood Angels Dreadbought" thats not what I'm looking for, I'm looking for a bigger and better version of the original.

(sorry about teh size of the pic, Mods if you want I can replace it with a link)

    Mike

I like it, it looks good.
If you wanted to make the fist look killier (?) you could try using a bevelling drill bit.
They shall be my Imperial Guard and they shall know some fear...

That thing looks great, and will really stand out on the model. Dreadnoughts seem like such a good basis for conversion; makes me wish I had one in my army . Bobo-of-petrov mentioned something interesting (if I interpreted it correctly, I don't trust myself ). If you are looking to make it "killier", a sharp drill bit stuck in the center would look damn deadly. Now I really want a dreadnought.

Not long actually, the longest part was probly waiting for the GS to dry.

It was a simple matter of cutting 2 Plastic Rods to size, file them a bit so then fit nice, Pining them to the shoulder, then cutting and glueing the shin pads so they fit around the arm making an imprint in the GS, then after the GS dried, I put the end back in with some glue and finally added the wires.

I also plan on replaceing the barrel of the Assault cannon with the AC fromn the Tornade, as it's longer.

    Mike
