I have Citadel Colour Black Primer but it chips off on my metal guys what should I do?
I just paint over it and seal it right away. It doesn't affect the model at all. You could also spray paint it right before you start painting it, so it doesn't get a chance to chip.

No but thats what i do but on my metal model the paint chips even after priming and painting?
If the primer isn't sticking, first make sure that the mini is clean. After that make sure that the primer is shaken adequately and sprayed in the proper ammount and from the proper distance. If it runs, you are either spraying from too close or are putting on too heavy a coat. If you can still see the metal through the primer coat ou need to apply more primer.
Once you have good primer coat, be careful with the minis. No matter what you do, knocking a metal mini against a solid object will chip the paint.

no but the thing is all the paint comes off just rubbing it
Then rub it all off, clean it in soapey water, shake the can for a full minute, and prime again. Make sure you put the models in an airy, dry place to dry. If you put them someplace humid, like your garage, they primer withh get all textured and will flake off.
Ok thanks I will try it and tell you how it goes.
*** EDIT ***
Another thing I have a Khorne Bezerkers army that is painted red gore with a highlight of Blood Red, shining gold on the details and an ink. So I was wondering how I can make Kharne the Betrayer stand out.
Last thing if I have a Black Legion Army would all the colors of the different regiments have to be the same.
Please use the edit button not a new post should you want to add something. Thanks. - KU

don't triple post, edit the last one. about kharn, maybe paint him a brighter red with shinier gold, or give him a very detailed base, something like that, and about teh black legion, it's your army, it's up to you.
if you are reading this signature, then you are wasting you're time, and i am wasting my time by writing it, so run along now, jimmy, run along.
