Welcome to Librarium Online!
This should be in painting.
First off I wanted to say that it is hard to discuss your pictures because they are dark, slightly blurry, and very small.
That said I will do the best I can:
I think you have some interesting ideas executed in your conversions. It may be a bit heavy with the tyranid parts but for the most part it creates an interesting look.
As for the painting I would say that it looks to be painted to an above average table top quality. The paint appears a bit thick in places. It looks as if these pieces were heavily inked but not highlighted up in some of the right places leaving ink bleeds. One thing that I think stands out that should be easily addressed is the gold chains. It looks like the lighter "highlights" have crept into the recesses which should be darker. A brown ink wash into the crevices should fix this.
The basing is interesting. I like the random tentacles.
I would suggest showing larger pictures and maybe look into a photo editing program to color correct the pictures. Maybe use more lighting to lessen the shadows. Picture quality is everything when showcasing a figure on the internet. A figure can look great in person but can be completely lost on the internet if the picture quality is poor.
