so, i was planning on modeling my ogre kingdoms into oni (horns and red skin). my problem though is that I want samurai style armor for my ironguts and I am really not that great at using green stuff. so I was wondering if anyone had an idea on how to make armor plates in bulk while still having them look good.
why drink and drive when you can smoke and fly
I don't know a lot about Samurai armour but you could try using Plasticard sheets with plastic rod ridges glued on. You'd need to use some green stuff or pva coated string to attach them though, otherwise they're just lying on the model.
They shall be my Imperial Guard and they shall know some fear...
look to a picture of samurai armour and you´ll see that it is build from small halms of (don´t know the english name).
you can represent it by gluing small strikes of wood on a piece of paper and wrap it around the ogre model.
Don´t mess with the dicegod
