The picture sure looks awesome.
OMFG! You have just inspired me, because I am just starting Alaitoc and was wondering how I was going to paint my Avatar. Good Job.

The figure looks very clean. The yellow/orage trim and head dress adornment looks very smooth. I am not sure if you were going for a gold NMM look but it looks good none-the-less.
I really like the base. It really does capture the feel of a lava field.
I would lighten the armor up quite a bit. As it is - it is very dark and detracts from the details. I see what you were going for but at the scale of these figures it really doesn't work. You don't need to lighten it up much but a bit more brightness will really make him pop.

Hi everyone thanks for your comments.
The pose was inspired by Mark Gibbons artwork at the beggining of the 2nd eldar codex. The head piece and armour are painted in a SENMM style so slorak you are correct. The armour does look abit lighter in normal lighting.
I not very good with the camera !!.
Wow! That looks awsome! I have always loved the avatar-model and this one is truely amazing
You actually have got quite good camera skills compared to many photos on these forums (no offence intended to anyone). Well anyway, fantastic modelOriginally Posted by athryalseer

Thanks for the compliment penguin.I think i will try and take a differnet photo, and frame it so you can see more of the detail. The photo doesn't really show the base in all it's glory so i will post that as well on it's own. Thanks Matt
Anyone got any more comments ??. Thanks
