That one was also really good! I really like your white colour, do you have any tips for painting white?
color scheme works very well. You definitely have a very clean painting style.
I can't help but notice a grainy look to the robes. If it is a primer issue you may want to spray a bit closer or think about trying a different brand. Otherwise it may be caused by paint that is too thick.
AWESOME! Those robes are great! I hope that you share your tips for painting white. Really first- rate job there! I would also like to hear how you painted the sword. Again, fantastic job!
Marion: You're not the man I knew ten years ago.
Indiana: It's not the years, honey, it's the mileage.
For the last time, there are
NO FEMALE SPACE MARINES!!!!!
Very nice, your colours are very crisp and smooth and your White is exellent. I'm with Mike though, try to use lighter coats of primer, or spray further away.
Actually if you are getting the rough coats it is usually because you are spraying too far away and the paint is drying in the air somewhat before it hits the model. You should spray no further than 12 inches from the model preferrably around 8 inches or so.Originally Posted by Bobby_Wokkerfella
Have you got a front view? Absolutely love it
For those of you asking about white, there is a thread I started here on painting white, it may help. Haven't tried anything there myself yet due to not having a white spray can.
If your done first, you're the winner.
nIce i love your painting. its like eye candy...no wait it is eye candy more please. that model looks great
Brilliant! It has a very clean paint job and has been highlighted faultlessly.
Thanks for the comments everybody. Sir penguin if you want a front view, there are two links at the top of the page.
The white was achieved with a shadow grey basecoat, and then lots of very thin coats of white paint. The warlock had 7 coats for example, just patience and time consuming but worth the end result.
Thanks for comments
