well for nurgle, tentacles are best in a light rot looking green, for a quick method, I suggest starting out from a goblin green basecoat, highlight 50/50 goblin/rotting flesh mix, finally highlight pure rotting flesh. After this wash the tentacle with very diluted green ink, and finish the tentacle off witha painted coat of gloss varnish.

    Lord of decay colours

well, nurgle's colours encompass purple and filthy brown as well, so some light purple, or even pink tentacles, or guts are nice.

one cool nurgle effect is to drill/saw/hack/smash holes in the power armour or whatever, and glue pipe cleaners/small bent plastic tubes or something into the hole, to simulate protruding guts, tentacles or whatever, kinda like then unclean one

For extra goo (mostly for base and stuff) you might try using a smal glue gun . But if you want more layers of goo you have to wait until the first layer is stiff or it will melt again .

    speaking of glue guns

not really nurgle related, but hgg (hot glue guns) have a tendency to create long glue strings, that tend to get in the way.

this is actuallyvery god for creating cobwebs, if you've got a steady hand and some patience. But of course, as this is small minis, we're mostly talking giant spider webs here. might be useful for making forest goblins scenery perhaps... or old castles/ruins.

I did some cobweb effects for a larger project once, and after some( ok, alot ) of trying and failing, it turned out quite nice.

I'd suggest sculpting them from greenstuff, just roll rolles, and make em smooth, shorter for guts, longer ones for tentacle (for tentacles put the greenstuff around some wire to make it hold, then twist the greenstuff to give the tentacle some relief)
