    Do they always have to be Ultramarines Blue? Or could I make up some fluff that they got separated from the Imperiums armoury and had to make their own?

    They do not have to be totaly blue, if that is what you are asking.

    What colors did you have in mind?

    well, if it suits your army, and in the rules it says nothing about it, then mkaybe paint the whole body in your desired colour, and then paint one shoulder pad blue with a librarianish marking on it...

    You can paint them sky blue with pink dots if you want, so long as you have some part dark blue....

    dude u can paint a model any colurs you want you dont need to make up some fluff for it just say that you felt like painting it the way u did
