    Winged Warriors

I am converting a squad of winged warriors, the gargoyle wings look very appropriate, but do you guys have any other suggestions as to what works/looks better

warriors of what exactly? marines, guard, tau? in generaly i'd suggest the old gargoyle bits depending on what your planning on a base
    40K-Beakies(9-14-4),Guard(4-7-2),Orks(34-12-11). FANTASY-Dwarves(15-6-7),Beasts (14-14-1), Skaven (17-17-10) DoC (6-1-2). CYGNAR (28-15-1)

Can they even get wings as an upgrade? Or are you just doing this to make them look cool?

S'what I did for my tyrant. Pic is a little blurry sadly. Anyway it may be more work than it's worth for simple warriors, but with some extra talons it looks nice.

Its WAY too much effort to order them from forgeworld because i live in australia and i dont have that much money. Has anyone had past experiences with using gargoyle wings for warriors

Try Dark Elf Dark Pegasus wings. They look pretty nice on warriors.

I would say you should try the new forge world warrior wings. They are the only wings out there that actually look like Tyranid body parts.
Ahhhhhhhh, what the hell is that?
Ummmmmmm, Sir I believe it's a Hive Tyrant.
