Hey all... I was wondering if you could give me a hand?
I'm working on a squad of xeno-mounted Catachan rough-riders, and I'm running into some trouble deciding which legs to use. I got one of the old rough rider legs thinking it would look alright if I filed it down and painted it, but it just looks misshapen.
For those of you who have made any xeno-mount conversions, what set of legs did you use, and would it look alright under a catachan torso?
Bonus Question: Is there a particular lance that yuou guys think looks better than the hunting lance (for rough riders)?
Thanks in advance!
I recently made a Xeno Rider, myself; link here. (Kashann Xeno Rider)
I don't know exactly what sort of legs they were, but I believe they may have come from the WHFB Kislev range, and they worked extraordinarily well for me. Try searching the GW store for different sets of legs.
