    It really depends on the look you are going for. Usually I would recommend inking a darker color and highlighting with rotting flesh as it is a much lighter color than most.

    Here are some suggestions - it really depends on the look you are going for.

    watered down purple ink

    watered down purple/flesh ink wash - very interesting bruised look with this combination

    watered down flesh ink

    watered down green ink

    Different inks will of course produce different looks. For a higher contrast color transition I would go with the purple or purple/flesh ink wash.
