Hi, I'm thinking of starting a Vampire army, mostly because I adore the Hellsing manga and Anime series.
And for the count himself i would like to construct a model that looks like Alucard from Hellsing. The only thing is that i have no idea what model to use as a base, so thats why i'm asking you guys for ideas for how to go about it. For those unaware of what Hellsing is i'll give a gist of what he wears "He usually dresses up in a Victorian fashion, including a charcoal suit, riding boots and a flamboyant and intricately knotted bowtie, covered by a long red trench coat. He also wears a wide flapping fedora hat and a pair of circular, wire-framed sunglasses."
P.S. A site with tons of details on him (I love Wikipedia)
Thanks in advance, Alucard.
I've seen something similar to Alucard's suit done on the Fabius Bile model. Was in some past WD among a showcase of Inquisitors and retinues.
That's about the closest you get, but I think you can sculpt the hat from GS without much problems.
I think the closest sofar is the speacial edition model but the model doesn't have to be from the Games Workshop line it could be from any, i just don't know where to start looking.
bretonnian bowmen are dresses in long coats. the stiff shoulders, hat and bowtie can be made out of greenstuff. and i think there are PLENTY of bretonnian bowmen lying around in someones bitz box.
I'll go out on a wild goose chase here if you don't mind.
