That looks really cool, Great work!
wered you get those massive prity seals
"They shall all taste OBLIVION!,.....which tastes like Red Bull, which is disgusting."
did you know that the chaplin and the librarian cannot have twin lightening claws? they already have a single hand weapon so cannot exchange it for two single hand weapons. its a real pity as i had one planned with a jump pack squad !!!
Apart from the fact that they CAN have lightning claws. Yes they have a 1h weapon, but if they take lightning claws they discard the 1HW and cant use it during the game.
As to the actual model, the claws seem far too big for the Chaplain His hands come down past his knees. Are they the standard Termie L.Claws?
I'm with Knape on the size. You could use claws from the old metal models or try to move them further up on the shoulder maybe.
It's a shame on their size since the model you've made is so good.
EDIT: I took a closer look on the behind picture and all you have to d is to cut the upper arm. I think the elbow pad should come right under the shoulder pad. It does on my Chaos termies anyway...
i thought that, but my local GW and WHW both said no to them!Apart from the fact that they CAN have lightning claws. Yes they have a 1h weapon, but if they take lightning claws they discard the 1HW and cant use it during the game.
his arms make him look lanky and they are just too huge for my taste
you definetly need to trim those shoulders back to raise the claws.
though it is a nice model the dynamic is a bit wrong
the chaplin is looking off to his right and his left foot is forward of the right so the right
hand should be elevated more and pointing away to the right as if in command or challange
and drop the left back to either level or slightly behind the left knee and rotate it out away from the center of the body so that the blades of the left hand are canted at a 45 degree angle.
this will give the impression of the left hand preparing to sweep upwards from the left hand side.
so other than these points the actual modeling work already done is very nicely done.
