    simple tactical marine flamer conversion

If you have a few tactical marines with flamers that you just find completely useless (like me), there is a simple way to change their special weapon, without killing the entire model.
There is virtually only one difference between the flamer and meltagun, and that is that the flamer has a gas barrel on the underside of the gun. cut this off...hey presto! you have a meltagun.:w00t: Also, to make it look more authentic, you can cut off the barrel and transplant one form a melta gun or multimelta. or just cut off the lower half of the barrel to get rid of the small lighter under the barrel.

If you have the flamer head, it's still easily recognized and misinterpreted as a flamer. However, a transplant would be okay... but why would you butcher a meltagun to make a meltagun? Why not just transplant the whole gun?
