I'll soon be getting my first of two or three Lictors for my Tyranid army. For this one, I'm planning to have him crawling upside down on a tree. It's kinda hard to imagine, so I'll try to draw a "picture"

I hope that helps. The alien head is meant to be the Lictor's head. The things is his body, and the lines coming out of them are his arms. The things on the sides are mean the be the edges of a big tree, and the 00000's are leaves. Eeeep! Is it too hard to convert a metal model into that? I could replace the tree and use a wall.
Oh boy. The picture didn't work. Bummer. Ever seen spiderman? It would look like him scaling a wall, only upside-down.

"If a ninja does anything anywhere it won't make a sound, but if it does it's probably gonna be the last sound you hear."
For that, try using a plastic warrior as the base of the lictor, cause its plastic, and there relitivly the same size
