I think that's self explanatory. I've spray painted them all chaos black, (yes, I have 8 normal, and the witch king)

I'm been looking at some of my failed attempts, which were scrubbed off, and I cannot figure out how to paint them. Leaving them straight black doesn't look good, the weapons and armour always come out too shiny, and the horses are...I'm not even going to GO there.

Any hints at all on how to paint excellent looking Ringwraiths? (Pss, these are for a tournament, mega battle thingy.)

If a tree falls in the forest, and it lands on a mime, does anyone care?

Well, if you want the most basic but good looking paint job:

1. Black coat of paint
2. Drybrush gray over the ringwraith
3. VERY LIGHTLY drybrush white over the ringwraith
4. Paint the hands and sword how you see fit.
It's not Raymond Luxury Yacht, It's pronounced throat wobbler mangrove.

In the Weathertop box. He looks just like another Ringwraith except he's drawing his sword, instead of already having it out. For the Twilight, I green stuffed some junk to make him look important.

Good ideas. BTW The witchking is unarmoured then, he only wears his armour when he goes to war. He did not assume he'd be coming up against much else than a little man, not even a hobbit. And if a thing in black cloaks and armour came through a town, it might look a little sucspicious. Just my points of veiw anyway.
