Im just wondering how eveyone paints their Plague Marine's flesh because i have no idea what colours to use.
Death Is The Only Constant In The Realm Of Man, And With Death Comes Decay.
I have to paint Abaddon and we all know he has a bluish tint to his skin so I will probably add a very small drop of blue ink to white. So perhaps try green ink? Just an idea, and i am only trying to help so those who want to waste their time snapping at me about "proven methods" or not, don't.
I have found a good method to painting plague marine flesh. I start by doing a base of pale flesh. I then mix up an ink wash of purple and flesh ink to where you get a purple brown color and wash the skin. Afterwards I go back and paint the eyes and other details. A thin highlight of pale flesh and/or dead flesh works well to pick out highlights.
