Ok..i have a couple of models i inteend to create by convertinga few others... and then maybe even make stats for them specially...or ust use existing stats with gifts..but we'll get to that later

right the first model i plan to create is based on somethign called the gundam deathscythe (which will represent me..DUH).. if any of you Don't know what this looks like..HERE
deathscythe

anyway..the model i'm planning on using tis the rchaos raptor model with the arm trailing behind it.. i will make a scythe for this hand quiet easily (i've had practice at scythes) the other hand however needs a shield like the one shown. i may make this count as a auto pistol as the shiled is capable of being launched and returning . or makeit coundtas an invulnerable save due to the shiield..and have the scythe count as a power great weapon.

any suggestonw would be appreciated. the deathscythe is intened as an up close with only a set of machine guns for rnage (pitiful really) and it's fast..oh and my names sake so mocking is NOT allowed

next model i'm wondering about creating is one called heavyarms..basically a huge gatling gun on one arm...nothing for up close and guns and missile all over..thinking of making this an oblitorator....but one arm MUST be a massive gatling gun..somehow..suggestions? adn models to base it upon? i'm a little lost. picture below for help
the heavy arms..duh

and finally..for now..i'm making more later so don't thinki'm done.. one called Wing Zero. the version i'm basing it on is teh custom model as the wings rock. and i don't need ot worry about a shield..althught i may use that too not sure.

basically it is fast agile good at range and up close. uses a sword and a gun called a twin beam buster rifle. (big gun can split into two...destroys almost ANYTHIGN any size ina few second..fires slowly)

so i need ideas on what model to use as the basis for this. what weapons to use to get tat buster rifle look. and anythign else really. althougth i think the eldar winged exarch model may lose its' wings to it. they suit well.

zero custom

sorry for the picture sizes..anyway. ideas and suggestions please..i have more to make but whant to get these out the road first befor trying any more

the obvious choice are the tau suits, they dont look much like them though, but close as you are going to get in 40k

For those models the closest shapes you will find are Tau. I suppose you could also look in Necrons tho.

NO i don't mean for teh closets looking models i'm planning on basing a few modesl around those designs and making them into chars for my force

For example i'm for teh deathscythe model going to take one of the new haos raptors with one arm trailing behind and one holding a bolt pistol out. i will snip off the sword replace it with a scythe and remove the gun and using a little bit of green stuff to create the shield on it poiting formard. a little more green to get the extra details in really and taht will be enougth.

for the heavy arms yeah..i think your right on that au crisi suit being the best bet..jsut need to bulk the joint out a bit and a little work on the sheck to flatten it maybe

but i'm NOT wanting a tau for teh zero..and model suggestions for that one?

i have idea for the heavy arms. use the tau burst cannons, they look like gatling gun.

the last one, for the guns, use two executer long rifles from the sniping assassin (cant remember name, begins with a V methinks.)
as fror wings, for a model the same scale, if you want something chaos-like, kinda daemonic, go for the dark elf morathi dark pegasus wings, or if you want something angelic, usethe high elf pegasus or a great eagle's wings. they are a good size for making the model look powerful and empowering. or as you said the eldar's wings would alsoo look cool

For the Twin Beam Buster Rifle(don't know about the model, just talking about the gun) I would go with the Railguns that the Tau have, probably just get a Broadside. The guns are pewter and come with a basic Crisis Suit.

If you are planning on using an Oblit for the heavyarms model I would definitely go with Chaosbringer and use a Burstcannon. Use the one from the Stealth Suit commander though, it's pewter and is easily sawed off his arm. Then cut off the forearm of the Oblit and put it on. You will have to make use of some greenstuff to make it fit right but it should have the desired effect.

For the shield arm of the Deathscythe model I would look around in the Fantasy models for something with the type of shield that you want. You might also look at the Tau shield generator that comes with the Broadside(if you use that for the Twin Beam Buster Rifle), it's a little small though.

 This is a little off topic, but, What about using gundom modles for small titans. They might be too small, i dont know. My friend has a few gundam modles (he has the the deathsythe guy), and they seem like they would be perfect. You would just have to repaint them. I dont Know too much about 40k titans or gundam, but its just an idia.

so far i have my deathscythe built up and being painted.

it's a raptors body. teh one with one arm trailing behind. and the chainsord trimmed ina bit and converted into part of the scythe trailing behind it. i used one arm that points out in the direction the model is rushing and made a shiled for ti from scratch. not the best but good enought..i'll get a pic as soon as i can
