Welcome to Librarium Online!
Well, they are definetely bigger then standard marines, I find them a lot more difficult to paint. This is one of the Termies I bought from Grizzly and repainted, tell me what you think and how I can improve on Termy painting. Yes I know the black lines are shiny, they're still wet, it was finished only a few hours ago.
I tried a new affect on the Sword to show it's glowy shinyness :w00t:
The problem with white armour is you can't highlight it. So you'll have to add shadows. This Tutorial should help you out with that.
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
One always lies, one always tells the truth, and one stabs people who ask tricky questions.
They look very good. Maybe you should show some battle damage because there is a lot of white but thats just an idea. Other than that good job!

its nice. to add depth I would try very slim grey highlights on darker parts of the armor (shadowing) . Did you varnish it/ hardcoat it? I don't like the idea of highlights usually and used the gloss instead. Turned out nicely if you want them to shine a bit on the field and look more realistic.
changing the color scheme so its not pure white can help add more flair to the model. Painting one shoulderpad the "veteran color" of the army works. (at least it did on mine. right shoulderpads are all rotting flesh to contrast with DA green main body)

Hmmmm, a Veteran color on that plain shoulder pad would be perfect, I always hated how it's just a lump of plastic, that will make it stand out and look better.
What color should it be? I was thinking the same blue as the gun but that may unbalance the model color wise.
Looks nice, but the white look a bit to equal to me, so as other I'd say try something to make shades or make a cool mark or something.
'Thou shalt not refer to the Adeptus Soritas as "Bolter Bitches" nor shalt thou go anywhere near our sisters during the time of the "Red Rage," lest thou wishes to be the first human to enter orbit without the aid of a shuttle.'
The paint job looks very nice. Some suggestions I have for you would be to "highlight" the sharper edges of the model with a gray. Since putting highlights on a white model is impossible, the gray will appear to be weathered armour as well serve to please the eye more. The base of the model is great, but a bit plain in my book. Half on miniatures looks are in the base, it catches the eye with contrasting colors. My suggestion would be to add some stone or debris, then add small patches of static grass while leaving the perimeter of the base its original black color.
I like it. A little to white though. Maybe paint one of his knees in a different color to add some contrast. Or put on a transer of a shouldpad or if you have a good freehand paint a symbol for yourself.
