Just wanted to post my newly-finished GK termy BC and squad. I'm really happy with the BC especially, although the picture doesn't fully do him justice. I've taken some of the previous advice and put it back into my painting! Let me know what you think!
Grey Knight Terminators
I look forward to any and all constructive criticism!
Marion: You're not the man I knew ten years ago.
Indiana: It's not the years, honey, it's the mileage.
For the last time, there are

Really great, I love them, particularly the Brother-Captain's skirty thing (what are they called anyway?!). Brilliant job. Any of that advice your willing to share?
These guys look great. You really have pulled together all that you have learned onto the Brother Captain. Very clean and well thought out. If I had to make a comment on anything - here it comes: I would say that the whites on the book and purity seals are too white.
No big deal this is more of a personal preference and as a whole the figure looks stellar. The group as a whole is very nice indeed. Great job!
I may have you beat though - I now have 2 squads done for my Sons of Dorn! :w00t: I kid though - I really like these guys. Hopefully in the not so distant future you will have more of this army to show.

Nice shades of grey, even if I find it a bit too blue-y for Grey Knights - I would have headed towards Codex Grey more personally. I like the blending on the cloth between his legs, nice soft looking transision from the dersert looking shade to the nice ivory look. I do however feel that the gold in places looks too silver and could have had less of the highlight and the silvers look a little flat.
Otherwise a bunch of fine pieces.
