With your panther kroot i would go with a shadow grey, you might wannaa put the cloth as bestial brown and give it a chest nut ink wash, i feel this is the easiest and one of the best ways to get a leather feel which is perfect for kroot. For the metal parts put in a blavk ink was and drybrush the gun again in the boltgun metal. For your amphibious kroot. Highlighting a green skin ton with a blue color will not work out very good at all. If something is one color it will not change another just because it has more light (unless thier is a specific color light source). I would suggest taking a lighter color green (not sure how dark or light scaly is its fairly dark isnt it) like goblin or snot green and just use that instead. For the red skin, when red is lighted it doesnt really turn orange even thoguh you would think so. I think a better alternative would be to take scab or red gore and highlight with blood red. In my personal opinion i would go with the panther kroot. And give em orangy-yellow beaks.

Panther is kinda boring, I have seen red (''angry'') kroot and those were pretty nice, the amphibious would be the nicest, though
The gold grey knight man. These are hardy men who like cheese.

Ever thought of how cheese was found?:
    Brother captain
`` I say sah, the milk in this barrel smells foul!``

    Grand master:
    ``Oooohhh, give it a go!``

    ''Quack, damn you!''

Yea, I know the Panther Kroot sound boring, but they seem easy to paint and will still look decent. Thanks for the advice, I'm going to test out some of the schemes tomorrow.

It would be nice to see some test minis, thats the best way to work it out. Personally though, I would paint the Kroot flesh the same green as the eavy metal teams and just change the color of the spines to cooincide with your army.
