So I've Dremmeled and cut and such, but what I'm having problems with is sanding the hard to get to spaces on a model. How do you get nooks and crannies smooth enough to not look horrible once the paint goes on?

Yeah for plastics scraping the blade of an x-acto knife across the mold lines works great for getting rid of them. For metal models I would recommend a set of hobby files.

Yeah, sorry, I should have specified I own almost no plastic models.
I have a set ob hobby files, but i guess I was hoping there was some dremmel bit or something fo really getting into things where you don't have room for filing back onf forth, like the crook of an arm or .
