Nice paint scheme, I would just do the cloaks brown/grey, anything brighter might look a bit strange.

Not only are your highlighting lines too thick but the color choice is quite contrasting to the base color. I would suggest not only thinning the line out but mixing in more of the base color so as to not be quite so sharp.
As for cloaks - looks like your armor color is meant to be black or at least grey. You pretty much can run the gambit with color for the cloaks. I suggest doing the top "hairy" portion in an animal fur color. As for the cloak pretty much anything would coordinate. Natural tones such as browns, tans, even a forest green would work nice. As would a deep red. Bright colors may look off in a chaos army...
