I've seen the article on the plastic banners, which is a good option for that "windy day" look. But for draping banners, what is the best material to use?
There must be some kind of fabric that is good for it?
I've just used green stuff that's been rolled out flat between saran wrap and cut to shape. I allow it to cure for about 30 minutes until I can touch it without leaving a ton of fingerprints, and drape it into position that I want. I've also seen thin plasticard work very well, using a lighter to slightly melt/bend parts to look flowing.
