If GW are making new eldar, (my hopes are high because of the new rangers, war walker and support platform) I'm planning on painting an avatar with fire between the armour plates, but I'm not quite sure how to do it... I thought maybe if I sprayed it white and then did some red/orange/yellow inks? All help appreciated.

This is a very good example of fire. Realistic looking fire at that. Jarret Lee is the artist who painted that. He is a very friendly person and I am sure if you e-mailed him he would tell you how he painted it - if he remembers...Originally Posted by Tygra

Thanks for the help, that salamanders captain really inspired me! I won't be posting pics any time soon, sorry guys.
I also found this wierd little creature, just in case anyone else wants to have a look at it. Its got some really nicely painted lava skin.
