Ok, so i have started painting my BA dread, but im not sure how to highlight it because of its boxy shape.
When i say that i dont know how to highlight it i don't mean colours or techniques but because of the big flat surfaces im unsure of what direction to highlight the panels in. Should i be doing lighter at the edges, or should i get lighter going vertically up the model?
I don't normally go to extremes on highlighting because red is forgiving in this respect but this is a centerpiece so i want it to look good.
Any comments appreciated
For me, I would highlight on the corners. Whether it be whatever red you have, i'd go on the corners lightly with blazing orange, or some type of orange, then later come back and add a hint of some yellow, it'll be nice.
yeah corners....i like that idea. Taa for that.
