Not exactly a conversion idea. But I'm planning to make a diorama. I'm going to have a Guardsman lying on the ground with one arm ripped off. And a wraithguard aiming a gun at the dread. Across the front of the highly-scenic base, it's going to say.
"You know, if you killed me, it would be considered unfair odds." (Last words of Lt. Wesley of the 317th Black Dragons.)
Or, have a hawk on top of the back of a battlesuit with it's weapon raised. It will say.
"Eldar. There aren't any fething Eldar for another 5 Miles." (Last recorded words of Shas'O Darkblade)
Sey, a whole squad of Wraithguard sorrounding him
I'm always liking ideas for dioramma, and so far this one sounds good. few questions though:What do you mean by dread? I'm assuming you mean the (almost/about to become) dead sergeant.Originally Posted by Anarchic_EldarAs far as I know, "Feth" is a curse word used by the brave men of Tanith. Of the two ideas, I prefer the guardsman and wraithguard, the "no species-X for five miles" has been done before. At the end of the day it's up to you though! Post pics when you've finished it!
Dread means dreadnought, thess ideas seem pretty good.
The gold grey knight man. These are hardy men who like cheese.
Ever thought of how cheese was found?:
`` I say sah, the milk in this barrel smells foul!``
``Oooohhh, give it a go!``
''Quack, damn you!''

1. the tau thing has been translated from a tau curse word.
2. new idea, okay, the guys at GW liked this one the most. We have a wraithlord's flamer-equipped hand inside of a dread with like, green stuff cords coming out of the hole made by the still inside hand. another hole on the other side w/ schorch marks around it and sculpted flames. !!!!
And not a guardsman, an almost-dead dreadnaught w/ a ripped off arm
dont put the hole and flames ou the other side... flames cant go through metal, only melth through which wouldnt happen that fast. I like the idea though, but wait till the plastic wraithlord comes out, easier to convert.
It would REALLY piss me off if they make a new Eldar codex. B/C I JUST finished my army list + hate re-doing things. LOL. but i'm excited about the new Plastic Wraithlord though
There is definitely a new codex. It comes out in August. Come to the Eldar part of the forum for more details.Originally Posted by Anarchic_Eldar
Such a nooblet. Of course there is going to be a new codex. You should be happy. Or I will point other Eldar players your way, give ya a slap.
Good Idea on the diorama
