I am guessing you are going to go for a pale skinetone?
If so I would suggest starting with a base of elf flesh and highlight it with pale flesh and then pale flesh mixed with white.
For the eyes what you can do is paint the entire eye white and then add the iris, or as some people do paint the entire eye black and add 2 white dots to the corners of the eye. All of the eye can be neatened up by darklining around the edges of the eye. Depending on the look you are going for this could be a watered down purple ink line, brown, chestnut, even red. Different colors will give different overall appearance to the face.
