My eyes! My eyes!
That flash is damn bright.
You need to get a better light source when taking photos!! Can hardly tell anything at all detail-wise
Too murky, too bright.
What I can see looks OK though.

The paint is a little thick on its carapace, generally the blue and the purple. I'm not a big fan of just applying a wash to the whole model, I'm not sure if that’s what u have done, but that’s what it looks like. It doesn't look to bad though. You seem to be pretty neat, by looking at the little slits (not sure what their called). What I do for them when I paint nids, is do the slits like that, then get a light colour and just brush over it, with hardly any of the paint of the brush. Will just get the higher bits, and will make it look more 3d is suppose. It's known as dry brushing.
Asides from that, keep up the good work...are u doing a whole army like that?
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
One always lies, one always tells the truth, and one stabs people who ask tricky questions.
i think the orange needs to be darkerwith the curent colour as a high light. Also i dnt like the orandge with the blue and purple.
Thanks for the Comments and Cristim mates,
What I need is a new bloody camara
For the Flesh I just inked it all Chestnut Ink with a white undercoat, and also thanks for the advice, I will try that out sometime. And Yes I am painting a whole army that color. That is wierd on the Carapace, I only painted one layer on it :ninja:
I dont like baseing.
Sorry you dont like it mate, I will try the highlighting thing you said.
u say u dont like basing? Surely a finished base is the difference between a finished mini and a wip.
sorry if i was harsh, didn't mean any offense.
Don't worry man its cool! I dont have any problem with you and voicing your thoughts
Oh and about the basing, I just dont like it, if I base him grass, and I fight city fight, whats the point? But if I base him for city fight and I fight in grass? It does not look good.
how about you base it with sand and paint it black/grey and then put patches of static grass so:
- if your playin city fight your on ruble with patches of weeds
- if your playin on a grass board your on a plach of rocky ground
just a thought.
