    Ultramarines Blue Alternative

    Hello,

Forgive me if there's already a topic on this. As fas as I know, Games Worskshop doesn't carry Ultramarines blue in a spray can anymore. Can anyone recomend a suitable alternenative to the Citadel version made by a different company? Perhaps a bit darker.

    Thank you.

I don't know of a specific color but your local hardware store that carries krylon spray paint should have a suitable alternative.

Another option is to spray paint the model black and then give it a drybrush or two of ultramarines blue. This should result in a darker blue ans it has a black undercoat.

Wow 7 minutes to respond! :w00t:

So far I have been Priming with Chaos Black and then drybrushing with Ultramarines Blue but i've come to find that it takes practicly forever to paint. I'm going after a bit more of a darker, royal blue so in order to get that I have to paint on tons and tons of coats. I was looking use a spray can to save some time so it isn't so frieken tedious!
