Hey Gareth, check my sig.
i came across a really good way to make blood. Paint red gore where you want it, then mix equal of red gore, brown ink and varnish, it makes a smooth, shiny bloody coat. Just an opinion

Thanks Xao, please do, I would like to know as well.
Gareth is the person I try to impress when I convert and paint.
ive tried hott glue and red ink, with a little blood red paint. might be hard to work with, but you get the clear/creamy color of blood and its droppy. Id stick with blood red with some highlights and varnish, but hot glue is always worth a try.
I have found that tamiya clear red makes a good fresh blood look. This is especially true on a snow base. Painted over a brown will add depth to it.
