The figure has some areas that look really nice and others that look like average table top quality. The blood coming from the victim comes to mind. It looks painted on and flat. It doesn't look like blood at all. I like the smooth transition of color on the chaos warrior armor. The NMM looks ok but doesn't really come across as looking very metallic. I would look into the colors used and maybe alter them a bit so you get a result that looks more "metal".
I think the problem with the NMM is that there is too much white in it.
Over all a decent figure - though I think it is scoring much to high on coolmini.

I have to agree with Slorak, the mini looks alright but much of it I am not convinced over. The blood and NMM mainly, the blood looks just like red paint dribbled over it and the NMM isn't convincing. I am not sure if it's suppose to be a dull bronze/gold or something else. Also the elf isn't particually good, looke more like a last minute - qucik done - addon.
All techiques and skill are there, but it just doesn't add up.
I'm getting the feeling this is a speedy turnaround ebay job trading off the popularity of nmm rather then a carefully thought out piece.
Its good, but theres something i don't like about it.
Sorry if it sounds harsh, but its better to be honest.
Looks pretty cool but I think you were to extreme with the white highlights on the NMM.
The victim looks like a doll or something.. Don't know what it is but it just doesn't look realistic. I really like the skulls though. Nice blueish effect on them.
