I am converting a Tyranid swarm to have a scorpion theme. This is the first of the larger Tyranids that I have finished. It is a Carnifex I have named Bronto scorpius after the prehistoric sea creature Bronto scorpio which means thunder scorpion. I would appreciate any comments, questions, constructive critizisim or questions you may have.
At first look, I said "Wow, that's almost TOO much stuff!" After slapping myself silly, I took another look and went wow again.
Are the blades supposed to be it's feet? Cause that can't have very good traction on hard surfaces. Man, he's blade-y. He could roll to get around; he goes over you like that, and you're fileted.
Chief Inspector Dreyfus: Are you wounded?
Clouseau: No. Fortunately I was saved by the darkness.
Chief Inspector Dreyfus: So what we need is more light.
Who cares! Just seeing that thing coming towarsd you is good enough cause to slit your own troat to save yourself the pain. Or it could be said his legs are so sharp they cut into hard surfaces, giving good purchase.Originally Posted by Bellum_Gerreo

Two words: GOLDEN DEMON.

I don't know what to say, it's.....incredible, it's.....simply.....insanely.....wow!
I don't know where to look first, it's just all drawing my attention.
I think I'd have to have it in front of me for an hour to get a decent enough look to be able to judge it
As for the legs being blades, this thing probably weighs a couple of tons, those Land Raider dicing blades would easily be tough enough to give it traction through even the slipperiest (sp?) terrain

Post your army lists in the ARMY LIST section! Not that hard!
