One of the adverts I keep seeing around is for Battlewagon Bits, a company that sells bits cut from sprues for converters to use. I'm sure there are loads of companies around, but all seem to be US-based. Being mean, I'd rather not pay for the delivery, and would prefer to get them from closer to home (the UK).
So, does anyone know of such a service in Europe?
Thanks for your help!
can u post the other US company u know ? because it would be usefull to me.
well I have to pay for the delivery of mail ordered stuff from GW and thats in england so if you were in the US you would have to pay for delivery
The delivery charges are high because Britain and the EU have a very high import tax. Go on holiday to the US. Take your wife, girlfriend or whoever. While you are there go to a place there which sells the parts you want. If you buy the parts in the country there will be no import tax. Well, aside from the cost of the flight.:w00t:Originally Posted by Steerpike
ive found 1 or 2 smaller guys who sell most marine and cadian sprue parts from their ebay stores, cant remember their actual names, so id suggest typing in something specific such as 'lightning claw' or some such and go to results from uk ebay stores

@ magicaltux: I don't know what the forum rules are exactly on this kind of thing, so I won't post a link. Look for Battlewagon Bits (or possibly Bitz) on google, and you should be fine.
Yep: The Bitz Box on ebay does just this kind of thing. Very handy. Cheers.
