Hiya, not sure if this is the correct forum for it but here i go anyway:
My flying bases never seem to clip together properly, the hole is too small for the stand to clip into. Of course my gun/sheild drones are going to have a hard time doing their job if they cannot fly .
can anyone give me some advice on how to make the damned things go together?
(on a side note, i have already discovered that pushing really hard doesnt work, it reslts in a broken stand and a base with a bit of plastic stuck in it, and a really angry me)
Thanks in advance
Firstly this isnt always the case, often the flying bases fit nicely, however:
You really have to do one of two things.
Make the bit that sticks in thinner - this can be doen by careful filling/sanding or less carefull attacking it with a craft knife
Make the hole bigger - this can be done with a pin vice
Everything you have been told is a lie!
If your really desperate, try tapping on the top with something hard and flat to kind of hammer them together. I've had success with that, but make sure the piece is at the correct angle to the base otherwise you'll probably break off the top piece.
