Ok guys, here's the thing. I'm thinking of creating a harlequin army for friendly game usage, but i have issues (i.e. i don't like) the harlequin models, so i'm thinking of converting my own.
The idea i had was to create an army of assassins, and i was wondering what models you thought i could use as a base for them. I need it to be a plastic boxed set if possible (monetary reasons), and the main conversion element is the addition of hood's and face masks to the models (something i am capable of doing), along with fairly simple weapon swaps, and altered posing.
Iv'e tried using cadian models, and they look quite good, the only problem is the flak armour. (as harlequins have no armour).
Thanks in advance for any help rendered.
why not wait for the new harlequins in the new eldar codex?

Surely the new eldar infantry will be wearing armour, meaning that they are unsuitable for harlequins (due to their lack of armour), thanks for the suggestions anyway though guys....
