I need ideas on how to convert a deamon prince for tzeentch ijust cant think of one any ideas pics would help thx
well it depends on what you want. if you want a bird looking thing, you could go with the great eagles (WHF or somethin like that heres the egals adn if you want, you could melt some models to get a horror look, like teh comming plastic barlog
Well I don't know if you're talking about fantasy or 40K but most of the time that won't matter. What does matter is it would be much easier for us to help you if you had a starting point for your conversion. You will need a model to base the Daemon prince on so here are some ideas.
I suggest you try looking in various areas in the online shop. Try Tomb kings Tzeentch often has a vaguely egyptian look. Other models are the maybe something from the specialist games like inquisitor. Orion the wood king of the Wood elves is another.
There are many things that can be done with these models. As already said bird heads and bird wings are a start but there are alternatives, not everything following Tzeentch has to look like a bird. A hooded or masked head maybe. A staff or a sutable ornate magical looking weapon. Large robed models are good too. The Inquisitor game may have some also try the classic and collectors undead in the online shop for the old Nagash model, if they still make him?
Well, what type of Daemon Prince are you going for? What are his gifts? What are you going to give him for his wargear?
These are some pretty important questions you might want to anwser, especially if you want some good ideas from people on the board.
Here's a few ideas from off the top of my head...
-Both C'Tan models are great bases for Princes with Deamonic Flight and/or Speed.
-An Obliterator is a great base for a Prince with Deamonic Stature and/or Mutation.
-A bulky Chaos Lord atop a a Juggernaut could represent a Daemonic Steed.
The coolest thing about Tzeentch is that he is the Lord of Change, your Prince can be just about anything you could come up with. It is, however, important to be as WYSIWYG as possible to avoid confusion mid-battle.
Hope this does help!
i think this model could be a good base if you are going for the magical look. you could but him on a bigger base and give him a bird like head. hopefully he's not too small.
note, he's the guy thats flowting and has the crazy ring thing around his head.
also, one model which i think is always a good base for a demon prince is the belakor model. you could do some conversion work on him. maybe add some magic like flames or swich the head for something more bird like.
