I am planning on making an Eldar Farseer conversion- he has been possesed by a demon from the warp, and carries an uber artifact :shifty: anyone know what the most evil looking wings imaginable are? thinking the Bloodthirster ones... they look pretty cool. but something like Bat wings which are pretty awesome too- doesnt have to be 40K only by the way, something from fantasy would also work
Starting anew-september 22 2005
You could try the battered looking wings of the Carrion: http://uk.games-workshop.com/storefr...119&orignav=13
Alternatively you could try the wings from the lizardmen Terradon - http://uk.games-workshop.com/storefr...057&orignav=13
These are about the right size and would give you some interesting wing variations.
Another thought I had was to make insect wings. Have a look at this link: http://www.librarium-online.com/gall...=2897&catid=42
These will look good on a farseer. You could then push the insect look by giving him some bug like eyes (even if they are just decorations on his helmet) or something else you associate with insects.
Harpy Wing might also work, but the other ones metione are better.
a cool idea for evil wings are the gauderich a they have lots of mutations comeing out and it qite cool a friend of mine recently used them for a deamon prinse conversion
"Mr. Cypher please come out from underneath the table, the Dark Angels are not out to get you."
if you want huge bat like wings, you could use the wings from the fellbeast/ balrog from the lord of the rings. heres a link
also, belakors wings might work too:

Those wings are huge! Have you seen the size of a Farseer? That would look weird...
I agree. Those wings are a little too big for the farseer. They are evil looking, but a little on the large sideOriginally Posted by Doomthought
What's wrong with pegasus wings painted black?
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
