After much thinking and loathing purple marines, I set out to redifne the Storm Bringers. Instead of purple, nwo, they would be grey to represent storms clouds ominously approaching. The fire of their weapons would be the lightning and thunder, the corpses of their foes the renewed earth below.
Note that they come from a harsh and arid world: so the Storm Bringers also means hope for their people when they arrive.
So, here goes the first three I've finished.
Two bolter marines, then a front-one of the first guy.
Now a veteran sergeant originally designed to a Marshal for a Black Templar army I decided agaisnt doing.
In addition to openly wearing mix-matched suits of armour, the Storm Bringers chapter freely permits its marines to freely show any battle honours or heraldry. Many do not, but many do.
[Table 1-1: Signature] D6: 1 (nothing) 2 (quote) 3 (image) 4 (WLD record: relevant game [table 1-2]) 5 (internet meme) 6 (Critical Sig: roll 2 more times)
on the bottom pic of the Veteren, it looks as if you missed his eyes. I think you should go back and paint them to look like the other Marine you posted...other than that they look good and i also like the lightning bolt on the shoulder, except im personally not a big fan of grey, it just looks so plain to me...

Nice job on the heraldry and the armor color.
If terrorists ask you "Do you have a bullet through your head?" say proudly, with dignity, "No, I do not. Go fish."
