For those who did not know I have recently been and returned from Denmark where I met and spent a week in the company of one Grephuan. It was great fun, this is somehting I did for her birthday; it was kept off LO for obvious reasons to keep it a surprise. So here are the pictures, though I must applogise for the crappy state of them; now I can't take any more as she has it at hers.
All C&C is welcomed, and here.. vote for my stuff on CMON [What?]
PS. She loved it. =D

Nice work! I love the Night Lords and this was just plain cool.
Is Greph a Night Lord-fan? *DMC hopes* ^_^
whilst incredibly difficult to offer up some constructive critism on the actual piece, i'll just point out the pics look really grainy in comparision to the smooth vibrant gradient background.
the graininess is usually a product of not enough light entering the lens, and then this graininess is magnified when tried to be rectified in photoshop by playing with the layers.
Remedy... more light behind the camera and at the sides. use white boards as reflectors to bounce light around, be careful they don't cast shadows on the piece though.
Actually I sort of rushed the pictures, they looked ok but when I edited them they weren't; I just never went back and took better ones. Now I cannoot, Grep has it now; a pride of place on her shelving so I've been informed. =D
If I had room and space I'd make a light tent, the pictures I've seen from them are much superiour to many others, but I don't so I'll just have to be more careful with the taking of them in the future.
