Hi, I'm new on this forum.
I'm just getting started with an Orcs and Goblins army. I've been doing a test model to get some sort of standard for my rank-and-file troops. I just now finished it, so here's my first Orc!
I've been painting for a few years, though I've been having a break for about 2 years now. So not only is this my first orc, it's also my re-entry model into the hobby! Whatcha think?
For a re-entry model into the hobby this is very good! Color scheme works alright. Looks a tad dark at the very least I would probably use a brighter color for the top notch. Otherwise not too shabby!

Could you please not post this anymore, you make me wanna sit in a corner and cry
No offence really, I can only dream that my first orc looked like that. You make me jealous
A very nice job. I like the dirty teeth and gums, very orky.
If you drop a shell on your foot an it don't urt, your shoota aint big enough!
I'm not a really good photographer, in 'real life' the mini is a little lighter. I don't really own good photography equipment, but this'll do. Though I might try a little more rotting flesh for a final highlight, thanks!
Mikau, don't worry; It's not the first ever mini I painted, I've been at it for a while! I just took a 2 year break, is all...
wow that is really good as a note though the light blue attracs my attetion away from the modle but other wise it's great
Ya, nice job.
If terrorists ask you "Do you have a bullet through your head?" say proudly, with dignity, "No, I do not. Go fish."

This is black lining at its finest, the extreme highlights unlike most of the time, really do pay off on this model. Excellent job.

Though I didn't blackline it, I worked up from black up to the green you see by painting smaller surfaces on his muscles with every lighter shade of green...
Hero, do you mean the light blue background or his hair-knot and his arrows?
very good! the only thing to point out is that the recesses look a little dark (black?).
maybe it would be good to put a little bit of green over it.
