I'm going to be a daddy soon. My first child.
Well, I'm afriad at that size I can't make too much out, but it looks pretty good to me. I like the base, the sword looks good, as do the eagle heads. Seems like the face is maybe too pink for my tastes.
Well they look good so far but plenty of room to expand your skills.
I thinks that some of the paint looks a little thick. Try thinning it a touch.
Your flesh is a little pink for my tastes, but that's just me.
And your highlighting, good basic look (lines are a little thick, try a smaller brush), but a couple of layers of blending wouldn't go a miss.
That all said, it's a good tabletop mini that you should be proud of, and good luck.
Cervantes: In order to attain the impossible, one must attempt the absurd.
As above it is very good for tabletop standard but lacking for diplay or real wow factor, the issue is simply that you have use a highlighting technique that looks good at a distance but looses it close up, try blending the highlights, you will find it much more impressive.
But that said, dont get down about it, it is as I said a good tabletop standard
Everything you have been told is a lie!
