I'll say this now, i have no pics and no digital camera. I want to convert some old havocs that i can no longer use in my Khorne army into possessed chaos space marines. I don't know if anyone remembers that grand old game chainmail but i have some naresh figures which are slightly demonic and beastish looking. Would it be appropriate to use their scalely/hairy/spikey body parts to make my old havocs into some possessed marines? I would be replacing a torso or two alot of limbs, adding some spikes, tails, and different mutanty things of that sort.
They are your marines so do them however you want, the old havoks are a great start and as long as you model them to show any mutation your giving them then the world is your oyster. In my own opinion for I too collect khorne the spikier and more frenzied looking the better.
I'm Planning on doing possessed with D flight i'm going to use ork arms for muscle various demon bits and wings that i still havn't decided on yet. I may use some nid bits for blades bursting out of the marines flesh they should look good.
Equipped with the latest XV25 Stealth Armour these troops are the 'love wolves' of the Tau army, operating independently of other formations.
This cock up is bought to you by GW Australia.
Twas a success!! The havocs were converted nicely with a few extra limbs some marred faces and spikes. Looks great.
