have just made a second assult bllod angel  am extremely happpyyyyyyy!!!!!
my first assult marine was random assult marins bits i had, a power axe and a plasma pistol with a sight on it.... yes its been done a million times but its till looks so kool,
i built the model diving into the shots fired by the plasma pistol so it looked like a dynamic diving assult!!! wooooo painted in red to go with the rest of my space marines
the latest one was a custom bought one so i had time to plan it
i ordered a grey knight terminator sword arm, mephistons sword, a blood angels shoulder pads, blood angels death company body and built them all together, hen painted black with chaos black basic body, blood red bits, shining gold parts and bleached bone for the wings on the body peices and the scripture like peices on the grey knights piece.
this model has been built on a doubled up base a normal twenty ml base ontop of a forty ml base. this was moddelled up with green stuff. made it another diving model with each sword in either hand, had to make it so the model was leaning forward a bit with his dante jump pack leading the force.
i love my custom models.
i love my blood angels assult men (kinda odvious)
and i would like some more ideas on what to build????? am loking at spending alot of money on the next one :ninja:
i like assult marines and lots of swords so if theres any ideas please send em to me
sorry about the long long long long message kinda asleep as i wrote it so now it seems like some essay for coursework.............
First suggestion, you do not need to double post on your own topic ^_^
Some assault marine converting suggestions:
Tyrion wings on the side of jetpacks can give you some nice wing effects.
Also elevating your assault marines, making them more off the ground would provide a great look to them.
Just some basic suggestions.
Also, could we have pictures to your conversion work? I would be most interested.
How about posting pictures of what you've already got?
