I like it. I like it a lot actually.

What can I say? I love the rust, the lighting, the bone, the eyepatch and of course the acutal metally bits. If I had to be really picky, I would say I don't like the base, although it is done very well.

the funny thing about it is that the rust some of you seem to like is quite easy to do (i showed this tip to my fellow studio mates). it needs a liquid mask, spongue and bit of tape to do it. hmmm - must think about short tutorial.
anyway i have to admit i love michal`s paintjobs - they`re so clean and the colors are so rich.

That is awesome and the base looks quite unique. I like how their is a lot of attention put into the base and it makes the rest of the mini stand out.

I like this very very much.
Before I make my next suggestion, let me say that I like the way the base looks.

When doing things like flames and lava on bases, we (as painters) need to remember that things are lightest where they are HOTTEST... Thus, the term "White-Hot."
I would suggest the use of more yellows in the "base" of the lava, and making the bubbles lighter at the bottom and darker at the top.

As I said, though... It definitely looks good, as is.

SPLENDID - I like the colors of this one very much. Choice is personal, not usual GW color scheme and might not suit everyone, but I like it and see no technical mistakes anywhere... Very nice! How did you do the bubbles?
