I have constructed a set of terminators with Forgeworld shoulderpads and set them appart to dry thoroughly. But now a whitish dustlike substance has formed on the pieces, and not nessescerraly near the places i used superglue.
I believe it is called "frosting", as it looks a bit like frost on a glasspane.
Can someone tell me is it poses a risk for priming and painting (and that i need to wash the parts) or can i just prime/paint right over it?
Yes - just wash it away - it will come off easily...
You shouldn't have any problems at all with priming over those areas and painting. If it is raised at all I would recommend filing it down a bit before priming.
