How do they Do it ?!?!?!?!!

How did the Eavy Metal team paint the white hemets on the veteran space marine squad.

I don't have the codex with me, but I think that the picture is on the inside front cover.

I am having trouble mimicing the blue shade under the white on the helmet. Also how did they get the white so even, and not patchy?

    Any help would be appreciated.

I personnaly dont like the way they paint. So the only advice im goign to give you is dont try to make it look like theres find your own style.

Multiple coats of watered down white, followed by very thin ink or paint washes.

If you just want white. Basecoat grey then go to lighter shades of grey until its light enough for a thin coat of white.
