Great conversion work IMO. They look way more menacing than normal CSM termies this way.

Clipping the arms off obliterators was a pain in the neck, but they helped me to win Players Choice at the 2003 Warhammer Players Society.

I'm in the process of a Slannesh army using beastmen and tomb scorpion parts and a Iron warriors army with 9 huge obliterators using titan parts.

No problem. I have one completed but he needs to be painted, and I have 8 more to convert.

I am thinking of using sentinal parts as well, for example the legs or ordering the lifter arms from forge world sentinal.

I'm also in the middle of converting 3 dreads using the defiler model as its base (now thats big!&#33

Take a look at the slannesh marines, I only have 12 done so far but am adding more when I next get paid.

    Slannesh WIP marines

Here is my first attempt at a iron warriors obliterator, but the right arm is not completed yet as it needs to be bulkier.
