i would start witha darker green, like dark angels green, so you get more of a contrast between the highs and lows. Also you might want to make a wash of scortched brown on the bone colored things to get a shading in the corners. I would also put dots on the eyes with skull white. Overall great job for your first swing at greenskins/ fantasy warhammer. Now lets see the rest of them painted

It looks great overall to me.
I personally haven't taken the Dark Angels Green to Gob Green approach. I go with a base of gob green with snot green high lighting on the high spots (how I was taught by my local store for a more 'Goblin Cartoon' effect).
Overall though, looks wonderful.
