can anyone give me some tips on painthing them. Since there half red and white. Also wich primer should i use.

well, their red, white and yellow, so i'll go out on a limb and say... white primer!

You should use white spray undercoat as stated above. The red is likely to more easily make marks on the white so it may be easier to paint the white areas first. The red can then be applied rather easily.
Ink the red areas with red ink and I would paint the white areas with spacewolves grey and highlight white.
